Cítricos Siscaret

Our Fields

Citricos Siscaret is the result of generations of Valencian farmers who, after decades of cultivating the best citrus fruits, decided to bypass distribution channels to reach the end consumer directly.

Over 50 hectares are dedicated to citrus production, featuring a wide variety of oranges and tangerines that receive no chemical treatments for ripening, nor are they subjected to coloring or preservation processes, as we harvest them at their optimal ripeness. This guarantees their freshness throughout the season, giving an exclusive flavor and color to our culinary offerings.

This gastronomic experience will take place on our estates, a few kilometers walk from the villas.

Valencia, Spain

Corbera Valley

25 kilometers from the capital of Valencia, in the town of Corbera, known for its citrus tradition, you will find our Villas Monsalva and Villa Luz, where the oranges that will flavor the dishes of the gastronomic offer of “La Alquería del Azahar” are traditionally harvested in the surrounding area.

Corbera is born under the skirts of its castle of Islamic origin, called Qurbáyra. Built on an old Roman fortress, it was part of a Valencian defensive network that bordered to the west with Alzira and to the east with Cullera.

Gastronomic experience

Because we work with fresh, seasonal produce, some dishes and menus may vary depending on their peak ripeness. This way, we guarantee the highest quality in every dish and offer you an authentic culinary experience, allowing you to discover the different flavors and nuances of each season.

Two types of gastronomic experiences will be offered:

1) Visit to one of our farms and gastronomic experience with seasonal menu.

2) Only gastronomic experience with seasonal menus.

All diners can view the menu information on the "La Alquería del Azahar" website, as well as indicate any food intolerances when making their reservation. A children's menu will also be available.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive an email informing you of the arrival time, access details to the property, and your invoice. At the indicated time, you will be welcomed and the experience you selected will begin.
